Ingredients:
100g Dark Chocolate (100% - can you handle it?)
2 x Free-Range Eggs
50g Chickpea Flour
2 x Bananas
20ml Oat Milk
4 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
4 Tsp Orange Oil
Pinch of Sea Salt
(Optional) White Sesame Seeds/Walnuts
Preparation:
[Pre-heat oven at 180c]
1) Melt chocolate in a bain-marie, add Orange Oil and a pinch of Sea Salt.
2) Blend Bananas, Oat Milk, and Cinnamon together in a mixer or Ninja Bullet.
3) Mix the flour and eggs in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
4) Add the Banana mix into the flour and eggs, the consistency should be fairly wet at this point, if it's not, add a splash of oat milk.
5) Add melted chocolate into the mixing bowl, mixing thoroughly to avoid lumps.
6) Pour into a greased oven tray, whichever shape you want, and cook for 15 minutes.
