Prep Thyme: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
Spinach
Mushroom
Spring Onion
Smoked Trout
Char-grilled Peppers (Jarred in oil)
Green Olives
Olive Oil
Hemp Oil
Basil
Thyme
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Preparation:
Cut it all up and mix!
I add a generous amount of Thyme as the flavor adds a lot to the dish. The other strong flavor is the Spring Onion, of which I used one tube (if you can call it that?!).
The Smoked Trout's creamy like texture is well-matched with the softness of the char-grilled peppers, both are complemented by the slight crunch of the Spinach.
Season to taste, but it won't need too much Salt. :)
